EOS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “EOS”) provides trustworthy and secured services of accounting, cash management and payroll using our expertise of professional skills with combination of innovative consultation and IT technology. Upon provision of our services, EOS shall recognize importance of the protection of personal information and deem it as an important corporate social responsibility to appropriately handle the personal information. EOS shall implement the personal information protection policy set forth below by disseminating it among our employees.

Personal Information Protection Policy

  1. Basic Principles:
    EOS shall recognize importance and siganifcance of personal information protection, and establish the compliance program for implementation. In order for the compliance program to be valid, EOS shall conduct an audit on a regular interval basis, continuously improve the program and update it from time to time.
  2. Upon collection of the personal information, EOS shall clearly set the objective of the collection and collect it through the way that is fair and lawful within a scope our business.
  3. EOS shall strictly control the personal information and handle it appropriately in accordance with rules established in the organization of EOS.
  4. EOS has in place appropriate security measurement to protect accuracy and security of the personal information, to prevent unlawful access, loss, destruction, falsification and leak of the personal information, and rectify them when these occur.
  5. EOS shall comply with laws and regulations related to protection of personal information.
